The Role:

• Location: Marion, NC 28752
• Assignment duration: 6/15/2026 - 11/30/2026
• Shift Type: Mixture of 8- and 10-hour in-house shifts; Regular Hours: Required.
• In House Call: Unrestricted beeper call 5pm - 7am Monday - Friday and 7am - 7am Saturday - Sunday. CRNAs take call 1 every 4 nights as primary or secondary. Call is required. When on call, you will function as a solo provider without the supervision of an anesthesiologist. Intensity: greater than 50% callback rate when on primary call.
• Cases: General, OB ( 200 deliveries/year), regional anesthesia, epidural placements, and add-on cases.
• Hospital Support Staff: 1 MD + 3 CRNAs in house daily; Care team model.
• CRNA to MD ratio: 3:1
• Orientation: On-site for the first few scheduled days.
• Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: Must have an active NC license or IMLC allowing faster NC license processing.
