As a full-time Site Supervisor with EKG Security, you'll oversee a team of dedicated security officers and ensure they do an amazing job for our clients. However, you must be available to support employees as needed after hours and during weekends.SITE SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIESManagement and General Business Operations:Overseeing our uniformed security team and daily operations to ensure we provide high-quality services and to support business profitabilityCoordinating the staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for security personnelConducting regular quality assurance inspections to measure officers' performanceEnsuring all team members comply with contractual requirements, including screening and training protocolsAssisting with client communication, customer service, and vital administrative functions (payroll, incident reporting, fleet coordination, etc.)Discretion and Independent Judgment:Reviewing coverage needs and making operational adjustments as needed to keep staffing levels adequateIndependently investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions or preventative measuresMaking recommendations for hiring, discipline, and termination decisions, escalating issues as neededNotifying management about significant incidents or operational changesTeam Supervision:Maintaining a safe, comfortable, and harassment-free workplaceReviewing and approving bi-weekly time cards and attendance recordsApproving time-off requestsTracking overtime and ensuring compliance with guidelinesConducting annual performance evaluations, identifying employee strengths, and providing constructive feedbackWHAT WE NEED FROM YOUProven supervisory experience demonstrating discretion, sound judgement, and independent decision-making abilitiesPhysical ability to climb stairs, patrol properties on foot, work in various weather conditions, and stand/walk for extended periods (occasionally exceeding 8 hours)Ability to use computers, tablets, smartphones, two-way radios, and other electronic communication devicesProficiency in site-specific security operations and softwareHigh school degree or GED equivalentValid driver's licenseTraining/Certification Requirements:CPR, AED, and First Aid certificationAbility to complete EKG Security Site Supervisor trainingAbility to learn and use the Paychex Flex system, including the Time and Attendance functionsHELP GUIDE US TO SUCCESS!Our dedicated team at E.K.G.
