What you will have an opportunity to do The cleanliness of a hotel is a key driver of guest satisfaction. We are looking for individuals with great attention to detail to join our Housekeeping team. The ideal candidate creates a memorable experience for guests through their attention to detail and care in preparing and maintaining guest rooms. This role is central to delivering outstanding service and a positive guest experience. Experienced housekeepers may have opportunities to grow into supervisory or management positions such as Housekeeping Supervisors, Managers, or Executive Housekeeper. Your Role Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well Work as a team to achieve resort/hotel cleanliness goals Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked Utilize equipment, supplies, and guest amenities properly Ensure thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas Change and inspect linens and towels daily, following Green Program standards Practice safety standards and report hazards (e.g., broken glass, frayed cords, leaks, broken locks, suspicious persons) Respect guests’ property and exercise responsible care of equipment Report to work on time according to posted schedule and maintain accurate time records Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co‑workers Perform other related duties as requested by Floor Supervisor Qualifications Housekeeping experience desirable Neat, pleasant personality Time management skills Ability to work on feet for an extended period Effective communication skills Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions Ability to move, position self to reach corners on floors and high places; observe conditions, detect odors, position and navigate carts up to 100 lbs in tight spaces Ability to operate cleaning equipment (spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, etc.) Lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs Ability to work holidays and weekends Compensation and Benefits Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
