Pay & Benefits:

• Salary: $275,000 – $360,000 annually (based on experience) plus a lucrative bonus program with a first-year guaranteed bonus of $50,000

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive neonatal intensive care in a Level-III NICU with 36 beds and an average daily census of 26 patients
• Manage advanced neonatal therapies including High Frequency Ventilation, Inhaled Nitric Oxide, Total Body Cooling, and aEEG
• Collaborate with subspecialty teams such as Cardiology, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Hematology, and Endocrinology
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team with other neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
• Participate in patient coverage, including potential call and weekend shifts
• Engage with the community and hospital environment offering excellent quality of life and professional development opportunities

What You Need:

• MD or DO degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Open to both BE and BC candidates; J1 visa candidates considered
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care and advanced therapies
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
