Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $275,000 - $360,000 annually (based on experience) plus a first-year bonus guarantee of $50,000
• Pay schedule: Weekly pay via direct deposit

What You’ll Do

• Provide expert neonatal intensive care in a Level-III NICU with a 36-bed capacity
• Manage advanced therapies such as High Frequency Ventilation and Inhaled Nitric Oxide
• Oversee patient care involving therapies like Total Body Cooling and aEEG monitoring
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiology, neurology, and ophthalmology
• Engage in patient management, coverage, and on-call duties as needed
• Contribute to a vibrant, professional environment supporting quality neonatal care

What You Need

• Board Certified/Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Open to J1 visa candidates
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Prefer prior NICU experience, but not mandatory
