What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive neonatal intensive care in a Level-III NICU with a 36-bed capacity and an average of 26 daily patients
• Manage advanced therapies including High Frequency Ventilation, Inhaled Nitric Oxide, Total Body Cooling, and aEEG monitoring
• Collaborate with subspecialty teams such as Cardiology, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Hematology, and Endocrinology
• Participate in patient care coverage, including potential call and weekend shifts
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team including 5 neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners
• Support quality improvement and be involved in resident and medical staff education
• Uphold high standards of neonatal care in a community-focused environment

What You Need

• Required:
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
  • Active medical license in Kansas or eligible for licensure
• Preferred:
  • Experience in a Level-III NICU
  • J1 visa eligibility
