Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling a high volume of inbound calls empathy and efficiency.
• Assist customers by answering questions, resolving routine concerns, and providing guidance on products, services, and available resources.
• Accurately enter orders and customer information into internal systems while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly to ensure complete and up-to-date records.
• Conduct outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, verify information, or provide status updates.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced call center environment while consistently meeting service and productivity goals.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience by building rapport and demonstrating a commitment to helping others.

• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role.
