MEP Coordinator

Rising Sun Developing is seeking an MEP Coordinator to join our growing team! This position will support the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems on commercial construction projects. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of working with project teams and subcontractors to identify and resolve issues before they impact the field. Responsibilities Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection trades throughout construction Review shop drawings, submittals, and construction documents Assist with BIM/VDC and trade coordination efforts Participate in project meetings and coordination walks Help manage scheduling and sequencing of MEP activities Identify and help resolve clashes and field conflicts Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning activities Work closely with project managers, superintendents, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Qualifications 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, MEP coordination, or related field Strong understanding of commercial building systems and construction practices Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with coordination software, BIM platforms, or construction management software is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Benefits Company vehicle or vehicle allowance depending on position Paid time off Opportunity for growth within a growing company #J-18808-Ljbffr
