Job TitleOccupancy PlannerJob Description SummaryThe Occupancy Planner delivers tactical planning expertise to manage supply, capacity, and demand across the client’s global office portfolio. In this global role, the OP supports the development of site assessments and recommendations that support informed real estate decisions. The OP partners with stakeholders across regions to deliver planning solutions.Job DescriptionPrinciple ResponsibilitiesWorking with Senior Occupancy Planners, activities will consist of project space planning and solution development, project support including client relationship manager and project coordination, site strategy support related to space and occupancy analysis, solution outcomes and utilization metrics.Maintain and analyze BU demand/supply informationMonitor BU demand and supply against approved planWork with the client on utilization data and sizing model informationApply client workplace strategy and design standards to long-term planning recommendationsAssess sites and space performance to identify tactical projects and recommend real estate solutionsCreate current and forecasted Stack PlansDevelop space plans and test fitsMonitor unplanned activityDevelop and expand relationships with key client/site stakeholdersDevelop and implement strategies to improve Employee Experience for planningCoordinate with project manager to ensure work is delivered within timeframe and agreed-upon scopeSupport change management as it pertains to changing workspace and work stylePossess strong analytical skills and the ability to develop conclusions and recommendationsRequirementsBachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related discipline or field of study (i.e. Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Management Planning/Coordination, Facilities, Project or Construction Management, etc.)Minimum of five+ years’ experience in a corporate real estate environmentPossesses strong analytical skills and the ability to develop conclusions and recommendationsMaintains a working knowledge of CAFM software, space management systems and relational database functionality.Demonstrates proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings, concepts & designExperienced in managing projects of varied scope and complexityProficient in MS Office Suite software applications, especially Excel and PowerPointProficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BluebeamExcellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAble to build strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver effective servicesStrong oral, written and presentation skillsAssumes ownership of requests in order to ensure successful completionStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to handle concurrent projects with minimal supervision and directionAbility to work across global time zones and with large teamsCushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
