Sales Operations Onboarding Analyst

Becton Dickinson seeks a Sales Operations Onboarding Analyst to coordinate new hire readiness, onboarding effectiveness, and vendor credentialing across U.S. sales operations. This role ensures timely system access, equipment provisioning, and smooth integration of new employees while partnering with HR, IT, and business leaders to resolve barriers and improve field productivity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding readiness activities for new hires, transfers, and terminations across sales and service teams
• Monitor system access, equipment, training, and readiness requirements; identify gaps and follow up with owners
• Track readiness milestones and dependencies; conduct pre-Day 1 and Day 1 check-ins to confirm readiness
• Manage Salesforce cases, monitor SLA status, and identify trends to recommend process improvements
• Partner with IT, HR, Sales Training, and other departments to resolve access, equipment, and readiness issues

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent onboarding activities
• High attention to detail and accuracy in tracking readiness milestones and data entry
• Proactive communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or comparable business platforms
• Ability to identify issues early, escalate appropriately, and follow through on resolutions
• Customer-focused mindset with tech-savvy capabilities and sound judgment
