This position works with members of the BD team to provide administrative business development support to attorneys in the designated practice groups. The Business Development Coordinator works under general supervision and relies on limited experience and guidelines to plan and accomplish goals.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Compile client and prospective client requested information and draft responses for requests for proposals (RFP's) and pitches, track results and prepare summary reportsTrack client information in the client relationship management (CRM) systemCollect and coordinate matter tracking information in the firm's central matter tracking systemAssist with event management and logistics, including supporting speaker outreach and coordination, program management, reporting and various logisticsCoordinate webinars, including coordinating with the marketing team to prepare invitation, compiling invite list in CRM system, securing CLE credit, liaising with lawyers on materials, and handling logistics for execution of the webinarGather information and details for legal directory and league table submissions and draft entries for legal awards and nominationsCreate and update business development collateral, including brochures, one-pagers and presentationsAssist with developing agendas and collating notes for internal practice and team meetingsPrepare lists for targeting from our internal CRM and other external platforms for various events and initiatives.Assist with various administrative and project management tasksDevelop strong working relationships with practice attorneys and other members of the BD teamCompile business, industry, and client intelligence research in support of new business opportunitiesJob Specifications:Bachelor's degreeAt least two (2) years of related work experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) softwareStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilitiesAbility to handle and maintain confidential informationSuccessful candidates will be provided with outstanding career opportunities and will receive a competitive total rewards package with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses. Target Hiring Range $72,000 - $99,000. Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWE provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work.
