Outpatient Clinic Medical Director Opportunity in Connecticut We are seeking a physician to serve as Residency Outpatient Clinic Director within our Internal Medicine residency program. This leadership role combines clinical care, resident education, and operational oversight to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a busy academic clinic. The Clinic Director will supervise and mentor resident physicians, providing real-time teaching, feedback, and clinical guidance while maintaining patient safety and care standards. This individual will shape the educational experience through didactics, evaluations, and ongoing mentorship, fostering a collaborative learning environment. In addition to clinical and teaching responsibilities, the Director will oversee daily clinic operations, working with interdisciplinary teams to optimize workflow, improve care delivery, and address system-level challenges. This role includes leading quality improvement initiatives and enhancing clinic performance.
