Compensation:

$100,000 - $200,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in criminal defense cases, ensuring their rights are protected and their voices heard.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build strong, effective defense strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues and experts to gather evidence and prepare for court proceedings.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients, keeping them informed and involved in their case.
• Negotiate with prosecutors to achieve favorable outcomes for clients, including plea deals when appropriate.
• Prepare and file legal documents, motions, and appeals in a timely and accurate manner.
• Advocate passionately in court, presenting compelling arguments and evidence to support clients' cases.

Qualifications:

• Experience in criminal defense law, with a deep understanding of legal procedures and courtroom dynamics.
