Account Executive

CoverageX is hiring an Account Executive - Home Warranty. That will be focused on selling Home Warranty policies. This is a fully remote role, you must live in one of the following states:
Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or Washington.
You will build and own relationships with homeowners, real estate agents, mortgage professionals, title companies and referral partners, and grow revenue through the sale of home warranty products. It is a mix of new business development and account management, and the people who do well here are the ones who become the home warranty expert their partners call first.
Compensation
- Base salary: $60,000 to $65,000 per year (flexible)
- On-target earnings: $100,000 to $120,000 per year
- Uncapped commission, plus monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities

What you will be doing
- Identify, prospect and develop new sales opportunities in your market
- Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, agents, brokers, mortgage professionals, title companies and referral partners
- Educate prospects on products, coverage options and benefits
- Deliver presentations and training sessions to partners and clients
- Own the sales process from first contact through close
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts and generate repeat business
- Assess customer needs and recommend the right warranty solution
- Explain coverage terms, benefits, exclusions and service procedures clearly
- Keep accurate records of activity, opportunities and pipeline in the CRM
- Attend networking events, industry functions and trade shows
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
What we are looking for
- 2+ years of sales, account management or business development experience
- Experience in home warranty, insurance, mortgage, real estate or title preferred
- Proven ability to build relationships and close
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Experience running a pipeline in a CRM
- Self-motivated, organized and goal-oriented
Nice to have
- Home warranty industry experience
- Existing real estate or mortgage relationships
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Experience presenting to groups
