SHIFT SUPERVISOR (ON CALL)

Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Location & Schedule Providence Health St Peter - 413 Lilly Road North East, Olympia, WA 98506 On‑call schedule; days and hours may vary. Detailed schedule provided upon interview. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of customer service experience. Compensation Pay Range: $26.78 to $30.90 per hour. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety. Act as contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Serve as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned.
