Floor Coverings International of Chester County is looking for an experienced sales professional who is ready to take their career beyond the traditional showroom floor.

This is an opportunity to build your own book of business within a proven system , with company-provided leads, a mobile showroom, marketing support, project management, and the tools you need to succeed.

As a Sales Representative , you'll meet homeowners in their homes, understand their needs, help them find the right flooring solution, and guide them through the process from consultation to installation. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your own referral network and generate repeat business in your community.

Compensation 

• On-target earnings: $100,000 - $120,000

Compensation:

$100,000 - $120,000 on-target earnings

Responsibilities:

• Meet with homeowners in their homes for flooring consultations

• Listen to customers' needs and recommend flooring solutions based on their style, lifestyle, and budget

• Measure spaces and prepare accurate proposals

• Present estimates, follow up with prospects, and close sales

• Manage the customer relationship from the initial consultation through installation

• Coordinate with project management and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

• Build relationships with realtors, designers, builders, contractors, networking groups, and other referral partners

• Develop and maintain your own book of business

• Follow a proven sales process while taking ownership of your results

Qualifications:

• Previous flooring sales experience is strongly preferred

• A proven track record of closing sales and building customer relationships

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Self-motivated with an go-getter mindset

• Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Willingness and ability to network and develop referral relationships

• Valid driver's license and a reliable driving history
