Key Responsibilities- Enjoy a flexible schedule with options for 5x8 or 4x10 shifts; rotate between various clinics.
- Manage an average patient load of 22 to 26 patients per day, depending on the length of your shift.
- Work in an outpatient family practice clinic environment.
- Maintain a 1:1 ratio of medical assistants to providers.
- Perform necessary procedures including laceration repairs, sutures, incision and drainage (I&D), and Pap smears.
- Provide chronic care management for conditions such as diabetes, kidney disease, COPD, and heart disease.
- Care for patients aged 3 months and older.
- Hospital privileges are required for this position.
