You will perform Target System Analysis to assess how adversary systems function, identify critical nodes, and determine vulnerabilities. You will support planning and execution through detailed weaponeering analysis, combat assessment, and collateral damage considerations, ensuring recommendations align with operational objectives and established standards. The world can’t wait.You Have:  10+ years of experience conducting targeting analysisExperience with all‑source intelligence or operational intelligence supportExperience using unique datasets, analytic platforms, or targeting tools to identify networks, nodes, or centers of gravityExperience performing Target System Analysis (TSA), weaponeering, combat assessment, or collateral damage analysisExperience developing target materials, target folders, or target development products in support of operational planningKnowledge of adversary threat networks, system functions, and vulnerabilities relevant to joint or combined operationsAbility to conduct complex network analysis to identify critical pathways, relationships, and opportunities for operational effectsTS/SCI clearanceBachelor’s degree with 14+ years of experience conducting targeting analysis or Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience conducting targeting analysisNice If You Have:  Experience applying joint or service‑specific targeting methodologies, including D3A, F3EAD, JIPTL, or Joint Targeting Cycle processesExperience at the CCMD or Military Service levelKnowledge of kinetic and non‑kinetic effects, their employment considerations, and integration into mission planningAbility to communicate analytic findings clearly to planners, operators, and decision‑makers.Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
