You will use innovative OSINT collection techniques to map networks, identify relationships, and generate targeting analysis studies that inform mission needs. You will assess foreign reporting and digital content including political, military, economic, ideological, and counter‑threat materials to identify implications for ongoing operations. You will synthesize varied online information streams to develop high‑fidelity assessments that help close intelligence gaps and strengthen situational awareness for planners, analysts, and decision‑makers.Join us. You Have: 10+ years of experience conducting open-source intelligence analysis (OSINT)Experience with all‑source or social media analysis in support of intelligence or operational missionsExperience performing structured online research using open‑source tools, social platforms, data services, or web‑scraping capabilitiesExperience producing network diagrams, relationship mapping, or targeting analysis products from publicly available informationExperience evaluating open‑source reporting across political, military, economic, or counter‑threat topicsKnowledge of analytic tradecraft standards for OSINT and all‑source intelligenceAbility to synthesize large volumes of open-source information into concise, operationally relevant assessmentsTS/SCI clearanceBachelor’s degree with 14+ years of experience conducting OSINT or Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience conducting OSINTNice If You Have: Experience developing or leading intelligence fusion cells, targeting teams, or operational planning groupsExperience serving at the CCMD or Military Service levelKnowledge of foreign information ecosystems, digital influence dynamics, or online behavioral patterns relevant to mission areasAbility to collaborate with intelligence planners, targeting professionals, and analysts to support intelligence and operational requirementsClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
