Utility Billing & Customer Care Specialist

The City of Fairburn seeks a dedicated Utility Billing Clerk to support billing for electric, water, sewer and sanitation utilities. You will provide customer service in person, over the phone, and in writing, and maintain account databases with accuracy. Responsibilities include processing bills to Datamatx, programming meter readers, handling new service and disconnections, and producing routine reports for the Utility Operations Manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr City-of-Fairbur
