What You Will Be Doing Here At Team RC

All applicants must be available to work day, night, and weekend shifts, with schedules that are subject to change based on operational needs. Flexibility is essential. The expected hourly compensation for this role is $21.28 per hour. You'll be responsible for: performing routine maintenance and scheduled inspections on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.); conducting general repairs to doors, windows, walls, flooring and other structural components; maintaining lighting systems by replacing light bulbs, ballasts, and handling minor electrical repairs; handling basic plumbing tasks such as unclogging drains, fixing leaks, and replacing fixtures; painting and patching surfaces, including drywall repair and surface touch-ups; responding to emergency maintenance issues and supporting safety compliance checks; assisting with renovation or remodeling projects; tracking and completing work orders, maintaining supply inventory, and coordinating with outside vendors.

Are You Qualified

Education and/or Experience: Graduation from high school or equivalent and one year of experience in construction or maintenance work or any combination of training and experience that provides the desired knowledge and abilities. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of methods, common tools and equipment used in public works construction and maintenance work; basic safety precautions and procedures. Ability to perform skilled and unskilled maintenance work; operate and perform routine maintenance and servicing of a variety of power-driven equipment and power tools; understand and follow verbal and written instructions; work safely and efficiently with others, and assist in the training of less experienced workers; deal tactfully with the public. Special Requirements: Possession of or ability to obtain an appropriate California driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
