Registered Nurse - Float Pool

Role Full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse in the Central Region Float Pool. Responsibilities Conduct assessments, develop and implement care plans, provide direct patient care including treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in quality and safety initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from a specialty training program, ability to float between multiple facilities, and flexibility for rotating day/night and weekend shifts. Key Duties Deliver holistic patient care addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, coordinate discharge planning, educate patients and families, and contribute to unit-based decision-making.
