Opportunity We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team as a Lead Provider. Lead Providers act as clinical leaders for all clinical staff, mentoring new‑grad providers and allied healthcare professionals. Your Impact Provide Patient‑Centered Care: Conduct health assessments, physical exams, and review medical histories. Perform diagnostic tests, interpret results, and administer injections and immunizations. Manage wounds, provide suturing, and educate patients about health and wellness. Documentation & Compliance: Prepare accurate medical records and electronically sign office notes using the EMR. Maintain a safe work environment in compliance with company and state procedures. Adhere to infection‑control policies and legal professional requirements. Collaborate with a Team: Work collaboratively with providers and health‑care practitioners to treat patients efficiently and plan dispositions. Act as clinic leader when the Practice Manager is absent, mentoring new‑graduate providers and staff. Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and participating in professional societies. Qualifications Education, Licensure & Certifications: Master’s degree and certification by a PA certifying body. DEA license with no restrictions. BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross (no CPR/ACLS‑only courses). Relevant experience: Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care preferred. Leadership skills: Ability to mentor providers and non‑provider staff. Team player: Enjoy collaboration and strong team dynamics. Communicator: Proactive, confident written and verbal communication. Compassionate & patient focused: Demonstrate kindness and understanding. Technically savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR systems. Strong knowledge of: Customer service principles and quality standards. HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable federal, state, and local laws. Medication knowledge and non‑pharmaceutical patient care aids. Medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment principles. Pay Transparency Hourly Pay Range: $68 – $85 USD. Final compensation is determined after the interview process.
