We are seeking a studio manager to handle daily operations at our growing skincare studio located in Oakland’s Laurel District. Job Status: Full-time Work Schedule: Full-time, flexible availability required (including weekends) Reports To: Studio Owner Key Responsibilities: Implement effective systems to optimize performance, manage daily operations, ensure health and safety compliance, and foster a collaborative team environment. Supervise and guide staff, manage schedules, and train employees in studio etiquette, treatments, products, and brand values. Uphold exceptional customer service standards, handle complaints professionally, and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction. Oversee inventory, monitor stock levels, and manage timely restocking. Assist with marketing initiatives, coordinate promotions, and maintain a comprehensive calendar of events.
