Job Description Our client is an agile, boutique creative and technology agency that crafts multi-platform campaigns for premier global brands. Their work bridges traditional media, live-action production, digital platforms, and emerging AI-driven content formats. Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Creative Producer with expertise in live-action production to oversee campaigns from initial kickoff to final distribution. In this role, you will transform creative vision into concrete production plans, managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier work without sacrificing creative integrity. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution: Direct end-to-end production across live-action video, photography, digital media, social content, print, retail, and experiential activations. Operations & Logistics: Build comprehensive project scopes, cost estimates, production schedules, and staffing models. Coordinate crews, vendors, talent sourcing, location permits, insurance, and usage rights. Financial Management: Oversee project economics from initial bids through cost tracking, change orders, and final financial reconciliation. Post-Production Oversight: Lead post-production pipelines including editorial, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and asset delivery. Risk Mitigation: Spot production bottlenecks early and propose viable solutions when budget or timeline constraints arise. Global Coordination: Facilitate seamless collaboration across multi-regional teams spanning the US and international offices. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of production experience within a creative agency, brand studio, or commercial production house. Live-Action Mastery: Proven track record leading live-action commercial, branded, or product-focused video shoots. Multi-Channel Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage complex campaigns with varied deliverable formats simultaneously. Fiscal Discipline: High proficiency in production budgeting, line-item bidding, and project reconciliation. Location: San Francisco Bay Area-based, with availability for hybrid in-office work (4 days onsite), site scouts, and on-set shoots. #J-18808-Ljbffr
