Masker Shift Opportunity

Volt is immediately hiring for a Masker Shift in Austin, TX. Available shifts are:

• 1st shift 06:00 am 02:30 pm
• 2nd Shift 03:00 pm 11:30 pm

As a Masker, you will:

• Follow work instructions and use tools to perform masking tasks
• Applying Masking Materials: Use materials like tape, latex, or other coatings to cover areas that should not be exposed during the process
• Following Specifications: Ensure accuracy by following detailed prints and customer specifications
• Removing Masking Materials: After the process is complete, remove the masking materials using various tools and techniques
• Ensure high-quality service to customers by maintaining consistent attendance
• Utilize fine motor skills for detailed work

This is a Full Time, Contract to Hire opportunity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record
• A history of staying with previous employers for at least 1-2 years
• Experience in activities requiring fine motor skills (e.g., knitting, cake decorating, model cars, circuit board assembly)
• Experience using microscopes is a significant advantage

Pay Range: $17.00 - $19.50 Per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
