Responsibilities: • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance. • Assist in inventory management, including placing orders when necessary. • Ensure that food quality and customer service meet or exceed company standards. • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. • Lead, motivate, and support a team of employees during shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Qualifications: • Must be authorized to work in the United States. • Experience in the food service industry. • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. • Leadership experience in a restaurant or service-oriented environment is preferred. • Strong communication and organizational skills. Compensation: $12 - $16 hourly
