As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Guard Card in San Francisco, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a government location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will help create a welcoming environment for employees and visitors while responding to security-related concerns with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and members of the public at a government transportation location by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned transit facilities, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, public disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency responders as required by site procedures.
• Monitor access points and public-facing areas, observe and report suspicious activity, and help maintain orderly movement of people throughout assigned locations.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, communicating relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and designated site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
