As a member of our Front of House team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer has a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly attitude.
• Taking orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assisting customers with menu inquiries and recommendations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining and service area.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Handling transactions and operating the point-of-sale system.
• Making drinks
• Helping the team with orders

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (restaurant, café, or similar preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude.
• The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
