Responsibilities Manage customer insurance accounts and update information. Assist customers with policy changes and renewals. Provide information on insurance products and services. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Qualifications Organizational skills and attention to detail. Customer service and communication skills. No experience in insurance required; training provided. Our office is located in Finneytown – Cincinnati, Ohio. Office hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday with 24‑hour live‑person service. I am a second‑generation State Farm agent.
