Lead GSRP Teacher The Goddard School seeks an energetic and nurturing teacher to serve as the Lead GSRP Teacher. They will coordinate the daily operations of assigned classes, plan and deliver engaging educational and recreational activities, and interact with children and parents to provide high‑quality customer service. Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for childcare in a safe environment. Work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service. Experience and Qualifications Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. 1–2 years of previous experience preferred. Successfully completed state‑required pre‑service training. Develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members. Ability to calmly address stressful situations professionally while multi‑tasking to ensure smooth school operations. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs when handling children or facilitating programs; for infant and young toddler teachers, must properly lift infants into and out of a crib.
