About This Role
As a Senior Consultant at Amplify Intelligence, youll be the trusted advisor who transforms ambitious AI visions into delivered results. Youll work directly with executive stakeholders to frame problems, build business cases, and guide implementation teams—bridging strategy and execution. This role requires someone who can think strategically with C‑suite leaders in the morning, then prototype solutions in Python by afternoon. Youll own client relationships end-to-end, ensuring every engagement delivers measurable ROI and creates lasting organizational capability.

Conduct discovery workshops; turn workflows into automations/agents

Prototype in Python/JS notebooks/apps; guide FDEs/Automation Specialists

Build business cases, risk registers, compliance guardrails, and rollout plans

Create playbooks: evaluation, change management, and enablement

Are bilingual in business and engineering; can whiteboard economics and then open a notebook to prove it

Prefer shipping to slide‑ware; communicate crisply with CxOs and ICs

First 90 Days

30 days: Map a client’s ’value conveyor belt’ and identify 2–3 high‑ROI bets

60 days: Ship one production win; publish the evaluation framework

90 days: Expand footprint with a multi‑quarter roadmap and reference story

Example Projects

AI service desk that resolves 40% of tickets autonomously with auditability

Knowledge operating system for field teams with offline sync and RAG

Financial back‑office automations: invoice matching, variance explanations

Responsibilities

Requirements

Track record leading technical transformations or analytics/ML programs

Strong analytical skills; comfort with SQL, Python, and data storytelling

Bonus: regulated industries, procurement navigation, vendor management
