Distribution Analyst, Customer Service Operations

Position at Conair LLC Conair LLC is looking for a Distribution Analyst to support our Customer Service Operations team. This role is ideal for an entry‑level to mid‑level analyst who is passionate about data, reporting automation, performance insights. Position Summary The Distribution Analyst will support Customer Service Operations by developing, maintaining, and enhancing reporting tools that analyze weekly and monthly KPIs. This role is responsible for transforming large datasets into clear, actionable insights through dashboards and automated reporting solutions. This is a hands‑on, analytical role focused on data accuracy, visualization, and continuous improvement. The analyst will partner closely with Customer Service, Operations, IT, and other internal stakeholders to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual, repetitive tasks. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain weekly and monthly KPI reporting for Customer Service Operations. Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards to provide clear visibility into operational performance. Analyze large data sets to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities. Automate repetitive reporting and data processing tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy. Validate data integrity across multiple data sources and escalate discrepancies as identified. Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and support evolving reporting needs. Support documentation of reporting processes, logic, and data definitions. Qualifications / Skills Bachelor’s degree preferred (Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field). 1–3 years of experience in a data analyst, reporting analyst, or similar analytical role. Strong proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel (required). Experience working with large datasets and KPI‑driven reporting. Experience with SAP, Hana PS4, and Power Automate is a plus. Ability to translate business needs into reporting and visualizations. Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. High attention to detail and data accuracy. Comfortable in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment. Compensation Salary range of $70,000 – $80,000, based on experience and qualifications. Environmental Factors Ideal candidate is based in New York or New Jersey with occasional travel to East Windsor NJ and Stamford CT. Working conditions are normal for a home office environment.
