Basic QualificationsEducation/Training: Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field normally required; specialized banking education/training. Skill(s): Proficiency in development and oversight of retail strategies; proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations, communicative, and sales skills; thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank products and services and the operating policies and procedures which impact them; thorough knowledge of current banking regulations; proficient PC skills including data analytics; visual and auditory skills. Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years' related experience normally required.General ResponsibilitiesResponsible for overseeing Retail Bank Operations including residential mortgage, consumer lending, branch management, and deposit operations; developing, implementing, and achieving annual goals and objectives as established in the bank's strategic plan; ensuring the bank's compliance with various operating policies and procedures and various regulatory requirements; supervising assigned personnel. Responsible for the bank's sales program which is aimed at promoting and developing banking relationships including retail deposits, retail lending and municipal accounts throughout the Bank's market area; communicating with appropriate management and staff personnel; providing periodic reports.EOE, including Disability/Veterans
