Job Summary Resident Assistants provide for the physical and emotional well‑being of residents and document the same in accordance with Ohio state law and nursing home standards. Schedule & Compensation Full‑time, Part‑time, and PRN positions available on days (6:00 am – 6:30 pm) PRN positions available on nights (6:00 pm – 6:30 am) Up to $2,000 sign‑on bonus (eligible for full‑time and part‑time positions only) Responsibilities Perform personal care tasks for residents. Provide exceptional customer service to each and every resident. Observe and record resident condition information. Transfer and/or lift residents as required. Carry out universal precautions. Comply with all aspects of Resident Rights. Qualifications High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or one to three months related experience. Current certification in CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain it shortly upon hire.
