Product Support Specialist

As the first point of contact for restaurant operators, the full-time remote Product Support Specialist will triage and resolve technical issues, manage feature requests, and facilitate communication between customers and the Product Engineering team. Key responsibilities Triaging customer inquiries related to technical issues, feature requests, and API connections Documenting bugs and communicating effectively with customers and the Engineering team to ensure timely resolutions Identifying patterns in customer support tickets and collaborating with internal teams to improve product documentation and user experience Required qualifications 1-4 years of experience in customer support, success, or service roles, ideally with exposure to technical or software products Strong interest in understanding the technical aspects of products and troubleshooting issues methodically Proficiency in using data to inform decisions, including reviewing logs and identifying trends Exceptional written communication skills, capable of guiding non-technical users through solutions Active engagement with AI tools in daily work, demonstrating a deep understanding of their application
