Even if you don’t meet every requirement, we still welcome your application if you’re eager to learn and develop your skills.What You’ll Do:Manufacture and fabricate finished metal productsPerform TIG welding on light-gauge stainless steelRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsEnsure proper fit-up and alignment of componentsInstall and repair equipment and metal componentsMeasure materials to meet product specificationsInspect and test welds to ensure quality and tolerance standardsWhat We’re Looking For:Experience in welding, manufacturing, or a related fieldFamiliarity with TIG welding tools, techniques, and safety practicesAbility to read blueprints and schematicsStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to perform physical tasks in a production environmentHigh school diploma or GED preferredSchedule & Pay:Full-TimeMonday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (with opportunities for overtime)$24.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experienceBenefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision insurancePaid time offAbout AtWork:AtWork Personnel is a nationally recognized staffing leader, and we’re excited to be growing in Greenville, SC.
