Nursing Home Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the daily operations of a long-term care facility. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and overall operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily facility operations with a focus on quality care and resident satisfaction

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners

• Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation

• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team

• Oversee admissions and discharges while supporting census growth

• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives

• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff

Qualifications:

• Active Nursing Home Administrator license required

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare or long-term care management

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field

• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and compliance standards

• Proven leadership and team development skills

• Experience managing budgets and financial performance

• Business development or census-building experience is a plus
