Travel Physical Therapist Opportunity

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health experience with geriatric patients required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• 40 hours per week
• Weekend and on-call coverage as needed based on orthopedic volume
• Coverage area: Polk County
• Productivity expectation: 30 points
• Mileage reimbursed between visits
• Dress code: Solid scrubs
