Sr. Product Engineer - ArcGIS Business Analyst Enterprise

We’re looking for motivated GIS professionals who are eager to contribute to impactful cloud and on-premises products used around the world.ResponsibilitiesBecome an ArcGIS Enterprise Business Analyst extension technical expert and collaborate with software developers, product engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to determine product quality and release readinessSupport the software product life cycle by contributing to software requirements definition, continuous improvement processes, UX design, testing, documentation, release, and supportIdentify and track software issues, build reproducible QA scenarios and communicate test resultsCraft product demonstrations, give presentations, create videos, blogs, and supporting materials that guide best practices for usersTriage and prioritize issues from customers, gather requirements from customers and evaluate new features for future releasesSupport software migration and development across enterprise and highly scalable operating environmentsSupport development of multi-national, on-premise data packages and software componentsRequirements5+ years of experience with Esri software including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS OnlineExcellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to a variety of audiencesExtensive knowledge of Windows and Linux.
