Compensation: Hourly Rate: $35.38 - $38.18, commensurate with experience and qualifications Shift Differential: $3.25 an hour This competitive compensation package reflects the importance and responsibility of this position within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer\'s specifications
• Troubleshoot and service motors, advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment
• Perform welding as needed to support maintenance and repair activities
• Prepare new machines for operation following established protocols and procedures
• Conduct regular technical testing on machinery to ensure safety and efficiency
• Collect and analyze data on machine operation to identify trends and recommend actions to reduce machine downtime
• Create and manage work orders through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Demonstrate expert-level understanding of production machines and equipment

Must-Have's:

• Standing long period, sitting, manual dexterity, stooping, bending
• Passing a pre-employment physical including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
• Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check
