Position Summar

yWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven operations leader to oversee all aspects of operational performance, workforce development, customer satisfaction, safety, and regulatory compliance for a growing industrial organization

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven ability to manage complex operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, develop high-performing teams, and support sustainable business growth. This position requires strong operational leadership, financial acumen, and experience within power infrastructure, electrical equipment, heavy industrial manufacturing, or related industrie

es.• Maintain full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance manageme

ts.• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, transportation, and regulatory requiremen

ts.• Oversee facility operations, equipment maintenance, workforce planning, and resource allocati
