Technical Operations Specialist

Responsibilities Assist in development of operational concepts utilizing advanced communication technologies Support development, integration and maintenance of communications plan in support of operations Provide platform technical support Perform systemic review for use of technology to mitigate operational risk Draft and coordinate technical cables Communicate and coordinate with other mission stakeholders as necessary Perform other job‑related duties as assigned Qualifications Active TS/SCI security clearance with Counterintelligence polygraph Minimum of eight (8) years of combined experience including: three (3) years SOF/SMU with advanced tech training/ops; training in special comms Ability to obtain one certification from one of the following courses: USSOCOM NS comms course, SOCOM approved electronic INFOSEC course, NSW Tac surveillance course, or MARSOC Tech Surveillance course Minimum of three (3) years experience with TTL, to include understanding of comms architecture & TTL data RF comms, both LOS and BLOS FIS capabilities knowledge TTPs for CUT to include VPN applications, COTS application of TSCM Must pass pre‑employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to protected veteran status, disability or any other status protected under applicable federal, state or local law.
