Customer Experience Associate

We’re seeking a friendly, motivated team player who values accuracy, is eager to learn, and thrives in a dynamic environment. Position and Location Position: Part-Time Studio Assistant. Location: Chandler, AZ (Pecos & McQueen). This position is seasonal with the possibility of extension based on performance. The pay rate ranges from $15.50 to $16.50 per hour, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers upon arrival at the studio. Maintain and update customer information. Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner. Schedule Must be available Tuesday, Thursdays and Saturdays. Most weekday shifts are 11:30a-6pm, Saturdays 9am-6pm. Flexibility for occasional weekday shifts as needed. Qualifications Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through. Proficient with computers and common applications (e.g., Internet Explorer, MS Word, MS Excel, Gmail). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bilingual skills a plus. Reliable transportation to our Chandler location.
