Overview Our premier and privately owned Orange County Property Management Company is seeking a full-time On-Site Resident Manager to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated candidate with experience in customer service and sales for one of our 19 residential communities located in Orange County. Resident Managers are required to live on site and receive 100% off a 2bed/2bath apartment. Benefits Housing benefit (100% off 2 bed/2bath) 401K options Commission Holiday parties Job Type Job Type: Full Time Responsibilities With minimal supervision, responsible for achieving leasing, management and administrative goals as directed by Regional Property Supervisor and Arnel Working and thriving in a friendly and competitive team environment, as well as a business professional atmosphere Creating leads as well as following up on previous leads via phone, e-mail, walk-in Marketing community to increase walk in traffic Striving to achieve community occupancy as well as providing exemplary customer service to residents and prospective residents Effectively sell community to prospective residents in a professional, persuasive and informative manner Ensure market window and tour path are pristine and ready for show Assisting residents with customer service inquiries and needs Engaging current residents and future residents in community activities and events Develop and implement marketing plans to maximize traffic and rental closing performance Make and implement operational decisions which achieve occupancy, revenue and tenant satisfaction objectives #J-18808-Ljbffr
