Description NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives for our expanding restaurant group in Costa Mesa. This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to shape and execute strategic marketing campaigns that elevate our brand in the competitive restaurant industry. As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will oversee all marketing activities, from brand development to digital marketing strategies. Collaborating closely with our culinary and operations teams, you will ensure that marketing campaigns resonate with our target audience and reflect the innovative spirit of our restaurant offerings. This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement and revenue growth. We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your personal and professional growth. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for multiple restaurant brands Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency Analyze market trends and customer insights to drive strategic decisions Oversee the creation of engaging content for social media, websites and promotional materials Lead market research efforts to identify new opportunities Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 8+ years of experience in marketing management within the restaurant or hospitality industry Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns Excellent leadership, communication,and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic enviroment #J-18808-Ljbffr NextGen Hospitality Solutions
