Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Director of Debt Capital Markets to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $240,000 to $26,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:Lead financing activities by developing capital strategies that support growth investment initiatives and long term business objectives.
Oversee lending transactions by sourcing opportunities negotiating terms and coordinating successful execution.
Manage debt portfolio activities including refinancing planning compliance monitoring and lender reporting.
Collaborate with executive leadership to evaluate financing structures capital allocation and market opportunities.
Implement process improvements and technology solutions that enhance efficiency reporting and operational scalability.
A Bachelor degree in finance economics business or a related field.
8+ years of experience in capital markets financing or investment related roles.
Demonstrate strong experience leading complex financing transactions and managing lender relationships.
Possess advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze data build models and support decision making.
Communicate effectively with executives investors lenders and internal stakeholders.
Provide strategic guidance on debt structures leverage planning and capital optimization initiatives.
Lead and develop teams through coaching mentorship and performance management practices.
Analyze market conditions financing trends and investment factors to support business decisions.
Establish strong controls policies and compliance procedures that support risk management objectives.
- Bring experience in real estate financing investment environments or advanced professional credentials considered beneficial.
