Collaborates with client stakeholders and project teams to support successful solution delivery, drive adoption, and improve operational outcomes across a variety of healthcare settings, including pharmacy-related workflows and services.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and perform system build, testing, and conversion project tasks using the implementation methodology.Test and troubleshoot configurations to improve solution functionality in a variety of client environments.Participate in client meetings and events and internal team initiatives to improve processes and create efficiencies.Identify and report solution status, risks, and issues to client and project leadership.Work with cross-functional teams to provide complex issue resolution and resolve escalation management issues.Assist clients and project teams in current state analysis of department workflows, including pharmacy and medication-related operational processes when applicable.Maintain client relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives.Identify and generate documentation for best practices in methodology.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.At least 1 year of healthcare information technology, systems management implementation, or consulting working experience.Written and verbal communication skills.Decision making skills.Flexibility.Comfort with ambiguity.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.PreferredExperience with Netsmart EHR solutions.Experience within the Netsmart client industries (clinical, human services, long-term care, senior living, pharmacy, etc.).Knowledge of pharmacy workflows, operations, and related healthcare technology solutions.Experience working with pharmacy management systems, medication management processes, or pharmacy-focused healthcare environments.ExpectationsPotential travel 20% of the time as needed.Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel.;Netsmart is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer, providing equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals.
