Associate Talent Partner, Early Career Recruiting

We are seeking an Associate Talent Partner, Early Career Recruiting to deliver recruitment and hiring of interns and co‑ops across the company. Here’s What You’ll Do Partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs, align on pipeline priorities, and organize Early Career talent planning across functions. Drive accountability for Early Career hiring across stakeholders. Deliver a best‑in‑class Early Career experience, delivering end‑to‑end recruitment for internship and co‑op roles, including talent attraction, sourcing, screening, hiring manager partnership, candidate experience, and offers. Drive campus engagement and university partnership that expands Moderna’s reach across a diverse range of top‑tier universities. Guide business teams in delivering high‑impact events. Lead Moderna’s presence at campus and virtual events that build awareness and excitement among emerging talent. Represent Early Careers in senior‑level conversations and reports; inform leaders through data, insights, and compelling storytelling. Act as a culture ambassador who brings Moderna’s values to life in every candidate touchpoint. Here’s What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications) Bachelor’s Degree At least 3 years’ experience in Campus Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or University Admissions. Strong recruiting skills and the ability to creatively identify and engage exceptional emerging talent. Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to senior leaders. Excellent detail orientation; demonstrated strength in planning and follow through of complex initiatives or projects. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment with significant autonomy. Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications) Experience with ATS/CRM tools such as Workday and Handshake. Demonstrated success engaging talent through diversity‑focused partnerships, university associations, student groups, HBCUs, HSIs, and professional organizations. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An individual’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, other incentive compensation, or equity award, subject to company plan eligibility criteria and individual performance.
