As the Automotive Desk Manager at The Mason Automotive Group in Lugoff, SC, you will create a winning environment by fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. You will promote and adhere to current processes to ensure consistency and efficiency, while complying with all legal requirements and factory standards to maintain operational integrity. Your role includes administering daily meetings to align the team and communicate key updates, motivating and mentoring current sales staff to enhance performance and professional growth, and promoting a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)-based culture focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will drive results and continuous improvement to exceed factory and internal objectives.
Responsibilities- Promote adherence to current processes for consistency and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and factory standards.
- Administer daily team meetings to align goals and communicate updates.
- Motivate and mentor sales staff to improve performance and support professional growth.
- Promote a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)-focused culture that prioritizes customer experience.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to exceed factory and internal objectives.
- Proven leadership experience in the automotive or related sales industry.
- Strong understanding of process adherence and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and team-building skills.

- Competitive salary range of $135,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year, paid weekly.
