Job Description Job Description Job Title: Family Medicine Physician Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Optional 10-hour shifts Setting: 100% Outpatient Call Requirement: None Salary: $228,000 – $350,000 annually Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan. This role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care within a structured and well-supported clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Provide full-scope outpatient primary care for adult and family patient populations Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Deliver preventive care, including annual physicals, wellness visits, and age-appropriate screenings Manage an average patient volume of 23–25 patients per day Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services as needed Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and treatment adherence Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Eligible for or able to obtain a California medical license Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred Strong communication skills and commitment to high-quality patient care Compensation Competitive salary: $228,000 – $350,000 annually Sign-on bonus offered Relocation assistance provided Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) and sick leave 403(b) retirement plan Malpractice coverage Support with onboarding and credentialing Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
