As an All Fab Safety Coordinator you will be part of the safety and compliance department supporting operational teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Safety Coordinator Location: San Jose, CA Pay Range: $35 Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM What's the Job? Develop and implement company safety policies to ensure compliance and safety standards. Coordinate and conduct safety training sessions for employees. Conduct safety orientations for new hires to promote a safety-first culture. Perform jobsite safety evaluations across multiple areas to identify hazards. Maintain an inventory of safety equipment and conduct PPE inspections regularly. What's Needed? 3 - 5 years of experience in the General Industry Safety field. Experience in reporting, developing safety policies, and implementing training programs. Excellent communication and advisory skills to effectively interact with team members. Strong computer skills to manage safety documentation and administrative duties. Credential requirements include SSN Trace, County - 7 year, and Enhanced Nationwide Search (Database).
